本名の『Yukiko』から派生したもの。どの国に行ってもすぐ覚えてもらえることに気づき、

ハープを弾く時に名乗るようになった経緯を持っています。〜

                   KIKI (Irish Harper, Singer, Composer, Arranger)

 

Born in Tokyo, Japan.

Started her music career from the age of 5 on the piano.  

In her teen age, she sang the folk songs accompanying herself on the guitar,

and composed music.  Later she had played the classical flute for long years,

finally she found an Irish harp the best partner for her music life.

 

KIKI started to be shown on the concert stage from 2007 as a member of the ensemble group

'Lily of the Valley', before long, she began to perform as a solo player,

singing along with the Irish harp on her own, which is called "Harp & Voice

Concert".

KIKI performs at the restaurant, cafe, and various events held by the 

hometown society.

 

Released her first CD "Gentle Breeze" in 2012, which has some original compositions

by KIKI, Irish and English traditional songs, and hymns.

Attended the Voice & Harp workshop by Moya Brennnan  in 2013 in Donegal, Ireland.

On the way back to Japan, KIKI had concerts in London for the Japanese residents.

 

Recently, KIKI teaches the harp and singing, using her own method.

 

KIKI also gives the concerts in church all over Japan to praise the Lord, Jesus Christ.
